At the Perth Injury and Trauma Research Institute (PITRI) our vision for Western Australia is a future which is safe from preventable injuries and where injured-individuals receive the absolute best possible care (physical and psychological) and support, leading to vastly improved outcomes.

As a charitable, not-for-profit organisation, our vision is to harness the power of research and-education to transform trauma care, reduce injuries sustained in all activities, and empower the lives of Western Australians  through knowledge and innovation trauma prevention and treatment
